Return Policy

We want you to love your shoes as much as we do. Committed to 100% customer satisfaction, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we’ll gladly return your product within 30 days of shipment date. Shoes must be in its original condition (unworn & undamaged). WE WILL NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE IF THEY ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.

Guidelines for returns:
* Contact customer service via email : shopshoovie@gmail.com with your order number to receive a return authorization.
* You are responsible for shipping costs on return items. Please keep your packaging slip & include with return.
* Once your item is received we will send an email confirmation.
* Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days once received.
* We will return the price of the merchandise including sales tax but excluding shipping fees.
* Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your banking statement.
* If your item was a gift, you can only receive an electronic store credit.
* Items that are listed as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned.
